While the advertisement asked for Good Dogs the fine print stated they were handling felines, too. To say that the albino male Pyroar, Aslan, intimidated the intern handling him was an understatement. The young man came expecting to walk a small Pokémon, not a fully-grown adult lion that was so big he had to be a pride leader! One of the few things that calmed him down was seeing a saddle on the great cat. For an apex predator such as Pyroar to be willing to be ridden by its trainer was a sign of how well-behaved he was. Despite the company keeping its client-employee relations anonymous, the intern almost instantly recognized the Pokémon as being owned by a celebrity.

This Pyroar was owned by Pokémon racer and Gym Leader, Josh Devlin.

While he hadn't seen the Leader's work before, he was vaguely aware of how the Gym operated. Aslan towering over the rest of the Pokémon, and even the company's handlers, made the lion all the more fearsome. He wasn't walking this regal cat that boasted bulging leg muscles, no siree. He could tell the moment he held the Pyroar's long reins in lieu of a traditional leash.

All it would take was the savannah emperor bolting once to overpower him. Thankfully, he knew better than to endanger the safety of his handler, whether it be his trainer or the young man watching over him now. The Pyroar stopped next to Morgan and greeted the well-behaved Growlithe with a raised paw, much like a human would wave a hand. before nuzzling the young man responsible for him. The red fur around the noble feline's face radiated refreshing, relaxing warmth almost like soaking in a hot tob.

After accepting a treat from the young man, the Pyroar sat down and gently purred, beckoning his handler to climb on. This was far from what he signed up for; he came to the realization that he wasn't walking this cat. This cat was walking him. And not walking, either. Running. Fast. He did as the Pyroar asked, lifted a leg over the sitting Pyroar's back, and sat down, holding the lion's reins with both his hands. THe fire-type stood up and let out a prideful roar audible throughout the entire park.

Regret instantly filled the handler's heart as he clutched the giant furball for dear life, Aslan joyously bounding around the concourse at speeds only vincenzo de luca's Boltund had a hope of keeping up with. The great cat was used to hearing Josh's blissful whoop when he did that to him. He got nothing but screams of panic and fear from his handler, frantically shouting to slow down.

Rather than the need for walks and so-forth, that was something Kyrenai Black could very well do herself, she had entrusted her small Growlithe to the pokémon handler with the intent to learn the pooch to socialize with pokémon other than the ones she owned. The fact that Mythras was a shy, emotionally fragile puppy helped during the walk, as he just carefully trotted behind the poor handler without needing much direction while they tried their best to get the other pokémon back in line.

Well, at least they tried. Despite his otherwise heroic name, Mythras also listened to the nickname "Mimi", and "Mimi" only cowered whenever a set of strangers' eyes looked at him-- so basically every person they came across. There was solace in the fact there was another Growlithe among the group, which it would soon start tailing as if his life depended upon it; until something startled Mimi, prompting a sound retreat to the nearest pillow to hide on.

Strange though, this 'pillow' was feeling awfully warm...
